Shelby Ray Moseley Sr.

Haughton, LA - Services will be held to celebrate the life of Shelby Ray Moseley, Sr. at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Hill Crest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 p.m. until service time.

Shelby was born on July 28, 1947 in Oxnard, CA to Shelby Mack Moseley and Irene Gay. He passed away on April 25, 2022 in Bossier City, LA. He drove for Tango Trucking and retired from there. He loved to fish and ride his motorcycle. Shelby enjoyed traveling and vacationing in Cozumel and Cancun. Beach destinations were his favorite. He loved visits from his friends and family.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Cynthia "Angie" Moseley; father, Shelby Mack Moseley and mother, Irene Hickman.

Shelby is survived by his children, Shelby R. Moseley, Jr. (Carolyn), Heidi M. Moseley (Rachel), Chandra "Cissy" Moseley, Hannah Plumlee, Christopher Curley (Sheila), Kimberly Strothers and John Wayne Woodle, Jr.; numerous grandchildren; brother, Ray Bickman; special friend and neighbor, Patty and his loyal service dog, Lady.
