Funeral services for Miriam Fortner Martinez, 88, will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 15, 2012 at the Hill Crest Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Ron Hehnke, pastorof New Life Worship Center officiating. Interment will follow in Hill Crest Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Saturday, January 14, 2012 at the Hill Crest Funeral Home.
Mrs. Martinez was born October 4, 1923 in Hoyt, OK; and passed away January 12, 2012
in Bossier City. She was a lifelong resident of Bossier City, and a Faithful Servant at New Life Worship Center.
Survivors include her two daughters, Patricia S. DuBois and Sheila Burke; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
