Mary Helen Jones

BOSSIER CITY, LA – Services for Mary Helen Fox Jones, 90, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at Spirit Wind Ministries, 5280 Benton Rd., Bossier City, LA 71111, with Pastors Bobby Dean and Billy Pierce officiating. Interment will follow at Hill Crest Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home.

Mary was born in Oil City, LA on October 15, 1921 to James Allen Fox and Katie Langley Fox. She passed away on April 28, 2012. Mary was a member of The Spirit Wind Ministries.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters Lillian Cochran, Juanita Moton and Inez Harris, and brother Acey Fox.

Mary is survived by her children Robert E. Jones and wife Alicia of Grand Cane, LA; Romona Waggoner and husband Kenneth of Waco, TX; Russell A. Jones and wife Nettie of Benton, LA; Curtis W. Jones of Jonesboro, LA; grandchildren Mark Waggoner and wife Diana of Waco, TX; Deborah Bryant and husband Keith of Shreveport, LA; Mike Jones and wife Tammy of Shreveport, LA; Julie Durr and husband Dannon of Jackson, MS; Lacey Jones, Chris Jones and Curtis White of Blanchard, LA and fifteen great grandchildren; sister Jewell Fountain of Baton Rouge, LA; brother Darrell Fox of Springhill, LA and step sister Dwena Henry of Stanley, LA

Pallbearers will be Wayne Mosley, Mark Waggoner, Blake Waggoner, Michael Jones, Joe Ferguson and Curtis White.
