Lee A. Dickerson, age 92 passed away on Friday June 14, 2019. Lee was born November 7, 1926. After serving proudly in the US Army, Lee made a living as a sheet metal worker. However, he found his life in his beautiful bride and the family that they have built together over the years. He loved spending time with them camping at their place in Toledo Bend or hunting and fishing. He was an avid LSU fan (are there any other kind?), who later in life had to curb watching his team because his heart couldn't take the ups and downs of your average LSU game.
Lee is survived by his wife, Kathleen Dickerson; daughter, Nancy Dickerson Sullivan; grandchildren, Tomi Rashael Sullivan Pickett with Larry, Michael Lee Dickerson, Jr., and Matthew Thomas Dickerson; great grandchildren, Kaylee Rae Pickett and Kinsley Rashael Pickett, and numerous nieces, nephews, other family and dear friends.
Lee was preceded in death by; son Michael Lee Dickerson, Sr..
A graveside service for Lee will be held Friday, June 21, 2019 at 2:00 PM at North West Louisiana Veteran's Cemetery, Keithville, LA. Following the graveside service will be an interment.
