Kay, 85, passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 from stroke complications. She was at home surrounded by her family.

She was born on September 5, 1938 in Bossier Parish, LA to Derwood and Bernice Davis.

Kay loved the Lord and her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Dub; mother and father; brother, Tommy; daughter, Jamie Westerman and her husband Wayne; son, Tracy and his wife Ginger.

Kay is survived by one son, Marty and wife Mary; grandchildren, Jason Westerman, Nicole Schraw, Zach Hendrix, Whitney Hendrix, Jacob Hendrix, and Seth Hendrix and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Special thanks to St. Joseph's Hospice, along with Kelly Denton and Tracie Lewis for the help provided to Kay during this time.

Graveside services were held to celebrate the life of Kay Davis Hendrix at 12:00 p.m. on December 21, 2023 at Hill Crest Memorial Park.
