Dr. Judd Moore

Services for Dr. Moore will begin with a Gathering of Family and Friends between 9 & 11 AM, Saturday, April 10, 2021. A Funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM, with Mother Terry Deokaran, presiding. All services will be held within Hill Crest Memorial, in Haughton, LA.

Daniel Judson Moore was born unto the proud parents, Danny Roy Moore and Patricia Camp in Homer, LA.

He graduated high school from Claiborne Academy in Haynesville, Louisiana and received a BS in Chemistry from Louisiana Tech University. Afterwards, he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans, LA. Dr. Moore practiced dentistry in Minden for 34 years.

Judd was a member of the Arklatex Gun Collector Club for over 20 years and served as president for 8 years. He was a member of St Georges Episcopal Church in Bossier city and formerly a member of St John’s Episcopal Church in Minden. He was a member of the Red River Street Rod club and had a black belt in Tae Kwondo.

Preceding Dr. Moore in death are his father, Danny Roy Moore. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Barbara Moore, son, Gilbert Moore, sister, Danette Moore and his mother Patricia Camp.
