I will forever miss you my sweet brother. My heart is shattered even thinking that you are gone. I am grateful we had the opportunity to get together January of this year. We had a great time reliving old memories of our childhood years and doing & saying crazy things. You have the kindest heart I know. Thank you for always loving your bratty annoying sister. I'll see you again someday..I know.

Joe, you taught me how to make an omelet, but yours were still always better.  My kids loved going to Joe's restaurant because Daniel thought you owned Luby's.  It was the best.  I love my laminator and I still use the cool highlighter pens with sticky tabs on the side. 

Thank you for your friendship over the years.  Thank you for allowing me to occupy Deanna's time doing crafty stuff and misbehaving. Thanks for putting up with us crashing in your houses almost wherever you all lived. You're a good man and we'll see you again soon. 

The Final Salute
	
“Brothers in Arms”, Military men and women down through the centuries, have traditionally exchanged “Hand Salutes” as a sign of recognition and as a way to render courtesy and respect one to another. 

This “Hand Salute” is the last that we shall render to Joseph Allen Ennen our “Brother-in-Arms”.   To his family it symbolizes the love and respect that we have for Joe.   To Joe it is rendered as a symbol of honor and gratitude to thank him for the devoted and selfless service he rendered to his country during operations Desert Storm, Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom while serving in the U.S. Air Force.  Joe, we commend you for your honorable service. You are a true patriot, who served with honor and distinction. You upheld the finest qualities of an American patriot warrior: courage, commitment, generosity, sacrifice, love and devotion to family and country.  You were a true friend.  We bid you a sad farewell.  You will be dearly missed from among our ranks.  Be at Ease.  Rest in Peace.

Brother Joe was one of the greatest men I knew. Would do anything for anyone. He was a man of God and loved to serve. Love this guy. He will be greatly missed by so many and his memory will live on forever.  

Joe was definitely a Godly man. I know he loved his family immensely.
