Graveside services for Mrs. Jo Ann Miller, 79, will be held at 3:00 p.m., Friday, December 21, 2018, at Hill Crest Memorial Park, officiated by Dr. Pat Day of First United Methodist Church Shreveport. Visitation will be held at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home beginning at 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
Mrs. Miller was born on February 24, 1939, and went home to be with the Lord on December 19, 2018, following a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s disease. She and her family made Shreveport, LA their home all of her adult life and she retired after 30 plus years with Ford Motor Credit as a Credit Analyst.
Mrs. Miller is preceded in death by her husband, James H. Miller; parents, Marvin and Ruth Morgan; brother, Billy Don Morgan; and sister, Betty Morgan McCurdy. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Kathy Regan and husband Marty; sister, Sara Huckabay; and granddaughter, Kelsey Regan Harvill and husband Jeff.
The family would like to thank Betty Lee, the entire staff of The Chateaus at Montclaire, and St. Joseph Hospice for all their compassion and care.
