James "Jimmy" Robert Estrada

Services celebrating the life of James “Jimmy” Robert Estrada will be held on Friday, September 22, 2023 at 3:00 pm, at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Shiloh Cemetery, in Waldo, AR.

Jimmy was born to Robert and Margie Estrada on March 19, 1959 in Shreveport, and he went to be with his Lord on September 7, 2023, from his home in Haughton, LA. He was preceded in death by his sister, Deborah Carter; brother, Joe Estrada; infant niece, Betty Jane Carter. Left to cherish his memory are: wife, Deborah Estrada; step-daughter, Bonnie Newland; parents, Robert and Margie Estrada; brothers, Mark and wife Mildred Estrada, and Steve Estrada.

Jimmy enjoyed the outdoors. He liked to cut wood and build things, such as fences. He loved working in the yard. Overall, he was a quiet man, that loved animals, especially dogs and cats, and he was very gentle and kind.
