She was 82 years old, born March 6, 1940, in Rayville, LA. Hilda lived in Haughton, LA for the last 45 years. She retired from Bank One after 25 years of employment. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Haughton and was a Boilers Booster Club member.
Hilda was an avid sports fan and loved Mudbug Hockey, Dallas Cowboys and LSU. In her younger years she was part of a bowling league and played softball. She loved her family, church and above all, God. She had a very special laugh that would make you smile. She was always positive and upbeat no matter what was going on or how she was feeling.
God blessed her children with such an amazing, very involved, loving mother. She will be deeply missed by all those that loved her, but will always be in our hearts.
Hilda is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Williams; mother, Elvie Thrower; father, Noble Thrower; and brothers, Mack, Al, and Don Thrower.
