Henry “Hank” Edward Kwiatkowski, 81, passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2023, surrounded by loved ones in the comfort of his home in Doyline, Louisiana. He was born on April 4, 1942, in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania, to the late Henry Andrew and Violet Gertrude Ziolko Kwiatkowski. Hank was active in veteran’s organizations and was a 50-year member of the American Legion. He served as a Past Louisiana Department Commander, and also proudly served as a past National Commander of the Forty et Eight.
Hank was preceded in passing by his father, Henry A. Kwiatkowski and his mother, Violet Gertrude Ziolko Kwiatkowski Green.
Left to cherish Hank’s wonderful memories are his beloved wife, Sharon Watkins Kwiatkowski; one son, Henry B. Kwiatkowski; one daughter, Sally K. Kwiatkowski Maldonado; three grandchildren: Kaplin Gentry, Remi Maldonado, Anthony “Frankie” Maldonado; along with many extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.
