Gail was born on June 30, 1955 to Charles Arthur and Bernice Stella Lockwood.
She graduated from Airline High School in 1974 and went on to work as an insurance adjuster.
Gail loved to fish and work on the family farm.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Glen Lockwood; first husband, Tommy Johnson and step-son, Tommy Johnson II.
Gail is survived by her son, Keith Charles Johnson and sister, Katherine Jeanette Lockwood.
