Friends and family will celebrate the life of Mrs. Donna J. Custer on Saturday, October 22 , 2005 at 2:00 PM in the Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 601 Hwy. 80 East, Haughton, LA. Entombment will follow in Hill Crest Memorial Mausoleum. The family will be receiving friends and loved ones on Friday evening between the hours of 5 PM and 8 PM at the funeral home.
Donna was born on July 2, 1944 in Memphis, TN. to the late Harry and Maranel Greer and left this life to be with her Lord on Wednesday, October 19, 2005. She enjoyed her involvement with children and youth group activities, was a member of Koran Baptist Church, and was the Past President of the Ladies Auxilliary, Post #388.
Donna leaves behind many friends and family including her loving husband, Ron Custer; sons, Billy E. Ricks, Robert A. "Bobby" Ricks, and Ronald C. "Chris" Ricks; daughter, Rhonda D. "Missy" Clark; sisters, Marla Parish and Dixie Greer; brother, Harry "Winnie" Greer; and six wonderful grandchildren.
