Donald L. Pepper Sr.

Funeral services for Donald Lee Pepper,Sr., 80, will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at the Hill Crest Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Hill Crest Memorial Park with full military honors. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday, January 31, 2011 at the Hill Crest Funeral Home.

Mr. Pepper went home to be with the Lord January 28, 2011 at the Northwest Louisiana War Veterans Home. He attended Barksdale Chapel; was a retired Chief Master Seargent and Boom Operator for twenty six years. After his retirement from the U.S. Air Force he was employed at the Huntington Golf Course for the City of Shreveport. He was also a 32nd. degree mason and a member of the ElKarubah Shrine.

Survivors include his loving and devoted wife of fifty-five years, Thelma Pepper; sons, Don Pepper,Jr. and wife Wendy of Vienna, VA; Kevin Pepper of Bossier City, LA; daughter, Cheryl Pepper Webb and husband Mark of Shreveport, LA; sisters, Doris Woodruff of Waco, TX; Nadine Stalder of Missouri; brother, Ed Pepper of Missouri;

five grandchildren, Matthew Pepper, Amanda Pepper, Michael Webb, Jonathan Webb, and Cameron Webb.

The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the Doctors and Staff at Northwest Louisiana War Veterans Home, for their kind and devoted care.
