Cindy was born on May 12, 1958 in Transylvania, LA. to parents, Gene E. and Elizabeth Mae Clement. She passed away on the morning of January 23, 2016, following a brave and courageous fight with cancer. Cindy was at home with her loving family when she left this earthly life to join her heavenly father in her eternal life.
Cindy was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and grandmother, devoted to the care of her family. Her love extended beyond family as proved by her kindness to all the animals she was forever rescuing. We will all miss Cindy’s kindnesses, her love, and her sense of humor.
Cindy was preceded in death by her mother, Elizabeth Mae Clement; brother, Wayne Everette Clement; and infant son and daughter. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 34 years, Chock Holcomb; sons, Kenneth Wade Holcomb and John Robert Holcomb; daughter, Crystal Larue; father, Gene Clement; sisters, Judy Lewis and husband Furman, Linda Jo Turman and husband Dickie, and Kathy Peters and husband Bob; brothers, Jack Clement and wife Kay, Ricky Clement and wife Lisa, and John Keven Clement and wife Carol; granddaughters, Reagan and Baillie Stanford; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Cindy’s husband, Chock, would like to express his sincere thanks and gratitude to Tony and Mary Holcomb, and Shirley Speyrer for all of their love and generosity. You are a true blessing to our family!
