Mother was born in Coushatta, LA to Charlie Scott and Sarah Edna Elliott Scott, on January 20, 1914. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Bernice (B.B.) Teague, her parents, four sisters, one brother, and by her late son-in-law Marion D. Pace. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Pace Jones and husband Homer; son, Scotty Teague and wife Linda; six grandchildren, Steven Scott, Stewart Paul Teague, Grady Teague Pace, Bernice Lee Pace, Dancy Lee Pace and Peyton Lee Pace, eight great grands; and one sister Doris Burns.
Mother was a homemaker until the age of 50 and then drove a school bus for Bossier until retirement. She loved life, and was a great cook, loved to quilt, sew, crochet, and was a charter member of Waller Baptist Church.
Our thanks go out to these wonderful people who visited our mother each week; Christine Lee and Carol Sutton from Airline Baptist Church, Joan Shows from Waller Baptist Church, and a dear couple Ann and Bob Horne. As well as a special thanks to Dr. Turakhia and his nurse Karen for their love and professional care of our mother, Cypress Point Nursing Home, and St. Joseph Hospice.
Our family requests that donations be made to Scotty Teague Evangelistic Assoc. P.O. Box 61 Chester, AR 72934 to further his devotions to missions and preaching on the streets of N.Y.
