Bennie Orr

A memorial service celebrating the life of Benjamin "Bennie" Orr will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 in the Mausoleum Chapel of Hill Crest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends beginning at 2:00 p.m.

Bennie was born on February 12, 1952 in Vardaman, MS to Max and Hailey Orr. He graduated from Cotton Valley High School in 1970. He worked in the oilfield for his entire career. He loved riding his Harley and watching the Saints play. His favorite time spent was with his grandchildren and family.

He was preceded in death by parents Max and Hailey Orr; wife, Debbie Orr and brother Perry Orr.

Bennie is survived by his son, Max Orr and wife Crystal; stepson, Blaine Smith and wife Amber; grandchildren, Spencer, Autumn, Kaylee, McKenna and Cassidy; sisters, Maxine Vowell and husband Ken and Charlotte Stanley and husband Dewayne.
