Harrogate- Leslie “Ed” Pendleton, 79, of Harrogate, TN passed away Friday, June 10, 2016 at Fort Sanders Regional Hospital. He was born February 22, 1937 and the son of the late Roy and Regina Pendleton. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by: a daughter, Lori Pendleton, brother and sister-in-law, Bill (Sylvia) Pendleton, brother Harold Pendleton, and sister, Wanda Susong.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Dorothy Rains Pendleton.
His children, Steve (Amy) Pendleton, and Nancy (David) Bush.
His grandchildren, Conner (Mysteree) Bush, Adam Pendleton, and Faith Pendleton.

And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
He was a member of Indian Creek Missionary Baptist Church. He was a Kerbela Temple Shriner, member of the Masonic Lodge at Big Spring Union and the Scottish Rites. Ed enjoyed fishing, hunting, farming, and gardening. His children, grandchildren and church family meant the world to him.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, June 13, 2016 at Coffey Funeral Home in Harrogate. Funeral services will follow at 7:30, with Rev. David Bolton, and Rev. Stewart Fultz officiating. Music will be provided by Indian Creek Missionary Baptist Church.
Pallbearers will be: Adam Pendleton, Conner Bush, David Bush, Greg Pendleton, Delbert Pendleton, Clark Susong, Craig Susong, Joey Pendleton, JR Pendleton, and Todd Lee.
Honorary Pallbearers: The men of Indian Creek Church and The Masonic Lodge and Special Friends: Leroy Bozeman and Roy Robertson.
Burial will be held at Greer’s Chapel Cemetery June 14, 2016, 11 a.m. with a Masonic grave side service.
