Brian Steven Welch

Brian attended Powell Valley High School and was known as the "Candy Man' to his fellow students, selling bubble gum at break time. In his younger days, Brian walked many miles as the Grit newspaper salesman, where he enjoyed his time with his customers. He would shake hands with everyone he met. He truly loved people.

Brian was preceded in death by a special brother, Andrew Kent Welch.

He is survived by his father and mother, Larry and Wanda Welch. Siblings, William (Bill) Welch and Amy Welch Walker. Several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

A visitation for Brian will be held Friday, May 24, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Coffey Funeral Home in Harrogate, followed by a graveside in the Welch Family Cemetery from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
