She was born on September 28, 1947 and was the daughter of the late Glenn and Phyllis Durloo Streets.
Diane is survived by a daughter, Lisa Butler of Harrisonburg; a sister, Denise Streets of Harrisonburg; a brother, Robert Streets and wife, Wanda, of Stephens City; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bainbridge Butler, Jr., and two brothers, Glenn M. and Dennis Streets.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, November 8, 2014 at Harrisonburg Freewill Baptist Church with Pastor Paul Collins officiating.
