She was born August 24, 1961, in Philadelphia.
Vanessa was an AA member and sponsor. She enjoyed singing, being a grandmother, and dancing.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Diane Cutler.
Vanessa is survived by her sons, Valdez Fisher and Maurice Cutler; sister, Florence Cutler; and brother, Carl Cutler.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 7, 2013, 11:00 a.m. at Unity Church, 408 North Baltimore Ave, Mt. Holly Springs, PA 17065.
