Robert H. Putt

Robert was born in Lebanon Pa. He was enlisted in the Air force from 1956 to 1964 where he was a weapons fusing system specialist. After military service he was an electronics technician for Hamilton Watch, an industrial electrician for Federal Mogul, and retired as a facilities manager at Kellogg's.

He was an avid body builder winning the Mr Lancaster titles in 1965 and 1973. In the year 2000 he entered 3 contest for the Mr. Keystone body building competition placing in age categories best over 40 and 50, and winning first place for the over 60. He enjoyed reading, relief carving, woodworking, sketching, observing nature and traveling.

He was preceded in death by his parents Robert W., Charlotte (Binner) Putt, and his loving companion of 21 years Audrey Whitehead

Robert is survived by 2 brothers: Richard W., Fort Lauderdale FLA, Craig S., Lancaster, his sister Sandra Lee, York, his son Robert H. Putt ,Jr. Lancaster, daughter Vicky Lynn Noll Mount Joy, and 6 loving grandchildren.

A celebration of Robert's life will be held July 8, 2015, from 5 to 6 pm. at the Lititz United Methodist Church 201 E. Market St. Lititz, PA, followed by his service at 6 pm. Interment will be at Grantville Cemetery 165 Firehouse Rd Grantville Pa 17028 following the funeral service.
