Robert Houser of York, PA passed away peacefully at Hershey Medical Center Thursday, October 15, 2015. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Betty Houser of 74 years, his daughter Linda Carpen, 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grand child. His loving daughter Paulette Linn was waiting for him in heaven. Robert had a love for children and the family will cherish the memories of fun and games with him.
Robert was born on July 23, 1921. He was a United States Army Veteran, and was a long time employee of Caterpillar Tractor Company.
Viewing will be held Tuesday, October 20, 2015 from 6pm to 8pm at Neill funeral home, 3501 Derry St. Harrisburg, and Mass of Christian Burial at 10am Wednesday, October 21, 2015 in Seven Sorrows Catholic Church, Middletown. Burial will be at the Resurrection Cemetery, with full military honors.
