Born September 5, 1919 in Harrisburg, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Lena (Pfarr) Fidel; preceded in death by her husband, Glenn A. Wagner; brother, Paul Pfarr; and nephew, Jack E. Rudy.
She is survived by her sister, Dorothy Rudy; nephew, Richard L. Rudy, both of Manchester; numerous nieces and nephews.
She was a retired owner and operator of Rabena’s Wardrobe Services, New Cumberland.
Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 25, 2018 in the Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry St., Harrisburg. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. A viewing will be held from 10:30 AM Wednesday until the time of the service.
