Born January 14, 1939 in Carlisle, he was the son of the late Lester J. and Sarah (Heffelfinger) Casey; and preceded in death by his wife, Gwendolyn C. Casey.
Surviving is a son, M. Ritner Casey II and his wife, Stephanie S. Casey, and a daughter Margot C. Casey.
Michael was a retired Artist and Advertising Designer where he worked for many years in New York City, New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. He designed Trademarked logos for The Philadelphia Phillies, Major League Baseball, Allied Van Lines; and product packaging for Dupont, Morton Salt, and Hershey Foods (Domestic and International). Michael was a Clio Award winner; Top Packaging and Design Category, awarded for Hoffman Fertilizer.
A Celebration of life for Michael will be held at Harper’s Tavern in Annville 1:00–3:00pm Tuesday, June 13th for a gathering of friends and family.
