Margaret (Peg), 94, died Monday, September 30, 2024, in New Oxford, PA. Peg was born on December 29, 1929 to Dr. Russell Conwell and Margaret Funk Weimar in Philadelphia, PA. She is survived by her daughter, Mindy (Frank) Wirsing, and sons, Robert (Tina) Lambert and Kurt Lambert; eight grandchildren, Eston (Chelsie), Clay and Dmitry Wirsing, Joey, Mallory (Logan), Rachel and Nicholas Lambert, Amanda (Ken) Auchter and sister, Lillian Walters. She was predeceased by her husband, Paul, son Glenn, brother Russell and sister Kathyrn. Peg graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a bachelors/RN degree in 1952. She worked at various hospitals including Purdue Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, CO, Holy Cross in Silver Spring, MD and the Brethren Home in New Oxford, PA. She also worked as a traveling nurse for migrant workers of central PA.
