Lunda loved God with all her heart. Family came next and then all her many friends. Lunda enjoyed talking to everyone and seemed to make a new friend wherever she went. In her free time, Lunda loved gardening, reading and playing card games with her friends and granddaughter and especially loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She loved traveling with friends and family and went as far as Jerusalem. She also went on several missionary trips including India and Romania.
Lunda was an instructional Assistant at Central Fulton School District for 32 ½ years. When she retired, she volunteered with the Long Term Care at the Fulton County Medical Center. Lunda truly loved each resident, planned many activities for them and traveled with them to outings.
Lunda tried to use her time wisely and gave to others from her generous heart.
She is survived by her son Travis (wife Sandy) Strait, of Harrisonville and daughter Melanie (husband Josiah) Okpanachi, of Mechanicsburg. Three grandchildren Ryan Strait, Chase Strait(wife Mia) and Lashontus Okpanachi; one great grandchild Amarah Strait; brother Lewis Williams and sister Clara Mellott.
