He was the son of the late John H. and Isabelle Haley Cassel, and is survived by 4 sisters, Viola Reich, of Harrisburg, Mary Bensinger, of Maryland, Julia (Edward) Leonard, of Dauphin, and Alta Lee (John) Smith, of Minnasota, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Edna Mae Cassel.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 1, 2010, at 7:00 PM, in the Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry St., Harrrisburg. A viewing will be held at 5:00 PM until time of service. A private burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 1019 Mumma Rd., Wormleysburg, Pa. 17043.
