Frank Gnall, 80, of Harrisburg, passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2014 in the Harrisburg Hospital. He was born October 10, 1933 in New Boston, PA; he was the son of the late Michael and Helen (Gensure) Gnall.
He was a retired account executive for the former PA Blue Shield and a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.
He was a member of St. Margaret Mary Alacoque Catholic Church, Penbrook American Legion Post 730, and the Sportsman Golf Course Senior League.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Anne C. (Craney) Gnall; son, Michael E. Gnall, wife, Teresa, of Harrisburg; granddaughter, Victoria Gnall; 5 brothers, Emil Gnall, of Buck Mountain, Daniel Gnall, of Glen Burnie, MD, William Gnall, of Coopersburg, Paul Gnall, of Frackville and Edward Gnall, of Bethlehem; and preceded in death by his 2 brothers, Michael and David Gnall; and his sister, Irene McCall.
Funeral Service will be held 11:00 AM Monday, April 14, 2014 in the Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry St., Harrisburg. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery. A viewing will be held 9:30 AM Monday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque Catholic Church, 2848 Herr St., Harrisburg, PA 17103.
