Edward F. Thomas, 85, of Harrisburg, formerly of California, passed away Monday, September 27, 2021, at UPMC Harrisburg.

Born August 4, 1936, in Harrisburg; he was the son of the late Earl H. and M. Louise (Matthews) Thomas; and preceded in death by his son, Earl Thomas; and stepdaughter, Amanda Steakle.

Surviving is his wife of 39 years, Pat A. Thomas; two daughters, Sandy Steffen and Sharon Bogden; stepdaughter, Michelle Vorraso; 11 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.

Ed retired as the Western District Sales Manager for the former AMP Inc., and was an avid golfer and loved to bowl.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, October 6, 2021, in the Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry St., Harrisburg. A viewing will be held 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, October 5, 2021, and 10:00 AM, Wednesday, until the time of the service at the funeral home.
