Edith May Davis

She was born August 21, 1925 in Harrisburg; was the daughter of the late William and Mary (McKelvey) Bell; and preceded in death by her 5 brothers and a sister.

She was a retired employee from the PA Dept. of Transportation.

Edith provided for her children, loved being a mother, and loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her son, Richard A. Davis, wife Laura, of Arizona; her daughter, Mary I. Davis, of Harrisburg; 2 grandchildren, Ethan W. Davis, of Newville and Heather N. Succa, of Mechanicsburg; 3 great-grandchildren, Maycey, Ayla, and John; several nieces and nephews; and her puppies, Lacey and Rusty.

Funeral Service will be held 11:00 AM Monday, August 19, 2013 in Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry St., Harrisburg. Burial will be in East Harrisburg Cemetery. A viewing will be held from 10:00 AM Monday until the time of service at the funeral home.
