David S. Shillingsford

David Scott Shillingsford, 44, of Harrisburg, passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2012 in the Community General Osteopathic Hospital. He was born April 12, 1967 in Harrisburg; he was the son of John S. Shillingsford, of Camp Hill; and Phyllisjean “PJ” Shoemaker, with whom he lived.

Also surviving is his son, Curtis Shillingsford; his daughter, Megan Shillingsford; his step son, Kevin Wilson, and mother of his children, Susan Shillingsford, all of St. Louis, MO; brother, John Shillingsford, wife, Valerie, of Long Island, NY; nephews, Matthew, Michael and Ryan Shillingsford, all of Long Island, NY; uncle, Kenneth Shillingsford, wife Peg, of Linglestown; cousins, LoriAnn Wenrich, husband, Jack and daughter Gretchen; Andrew and Christin Shillingsford, Andrew and Victoria Shillingsford Jr., Dick Ledyard, of Wycombe, Stephen Ledyard, Mark Ledyard, Karen Martin, Richard Ledyard Jr., Vanessa Conner and Shane Ledyard; and his dog, Toby. David was a graduate from Cumberland Valley High School and was a sales representative for Solaray.

A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, February, 25, 2012 in the Neill Funeral Home Inc., 3501 Derry St., Harrisburg. Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Harrisburg East, SPCA, 7790 Grayson Rd., Harrisburg, PA 17111.
