Carl Edward Baker

Born October 9, 1935 in Enhaut, he was the son of the late William F. Baker SR and Esther V. (Crone) Baker; and preceded in death by his granddaughters, Corrie M. Potteiger & Krista Baker a Brother William F Baker Jr and a sister Shirley R (Baker) Lighty.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 66 years, Mary Ann (Baker) Baker; two daughters, Karen (Baker) Potteiger Durr(Kenton) and Kathy (Baker) Mitchell (Jeff Balliet); 4 Grandchildren, Mindy (Potteiger) Williams, Kyle Potteiger (Taylor (Maxwell)), Kaylee Mitchell and Dahlea Mitchell; and great-granddaughter, Lyra K. Potteiger and a large extended family nephews nieces & cousins.

Carl was a retired self-employed construction contractor and served in the US Army.

He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, F&AM.

Carl was a devoted and loving and kind husband and father, he enjoyed hunting,fishing and traveling.

A Memorial Service will be celebrated at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 9, 2024 in the Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry St., Harrisburg. A visitation will be from 12:00 PM Saturday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
