Al was born October 12, 1951, in Harrisburg; he was the son of the late Donald E. and Dorothy J. (Dreher) Jacoby.
Al retired from the PA Department of Revenue with 28 years of service and a graduate of Central Dauphin East High School, class of 1969.
Al is survived by his wife of 34 years, Beverly A. (Kreider) Jacoby.
A private burial will be in East Harrisburg Cemetery.
