Alice B. Clark, 77, of South Hanover Twp., Hershey, PA, passed away at her home on Thursday, September 30, 2021. Born October 8, 1943, in Washington, D.C., she was a daughter of the late Mildred Agness and Thomas Redmond.
After attending business vocational school, she was employed as a bookkeeper, office manager, and mixologist. Marrying into the military and motherhood provided Alice the opportunity to volunteer time command ombudsman, mother to various little league baseball teams, girls softball teams and spend hours weekly commuting between home and ice rinks in support of her daughter’s skating ambition.
Alice also found time to enjoy puzzles, sewing, knitting, cooking, reading, babies and having an occasional White Russian. She had a soft spot in her heart for Hawaii, traveling, camping, RVing, and spending time at Lake Tahoe with the family.
Surviving are her loving husband of 45 years, BMCM (MDV) Earl “Boots” Clark; her 3 daughters, Debra M. Saberon of Bayou George, FL, Denise C. Mantell of Odessa, Ontario, Canada, and Kristine M. Heninger of Tacoma, WA; her 1 son, Lanny “George” M. Saderon of Port Orchard, WA; 3 step-sons, Earl M. Clark, Jr. of Brogue, PA, Spencer L. Clark and James B. Clark both of Carlisle, PA; 5 grandchildren, Adorah Petruso, Nick and Ryan Saberon, and Jared and Allison Heninger; 4 step-grandchildren, Tasha and Kayla Clark, Lauren Clark, and Jack B. Clark; 8 great-grandchildren, Tannon, Bianca, Massai, Fiona Petruso, Blake and Brook Saberon, Nikkolis and Jaxxyn Heninger; 7 step-great-grandchildren, Richard Skylar, Audri, Leilee, and Hunter Clark, Kivein and Kaliyah Clark.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Ann Brigor of Woodbridge, VA.
Per her request, services will be at the convenience of the family. Inurnment will be at Mount Rose Cemetery, York, PA.
