Juan Gonzalez Jr.

Harlingen- With heavy hearts we grieve and with open arms we send our loving father Juan Gonzales Jr. to heaven. His loving heart and his infectious laughter will be missed daily in the lives of those he touched. Juan served honorably in the US Navy, worked tirelessly to help anyone that crossed his path who was in need, and passed these loving lessons onto his children with compassion, honesty, and loyalty. His life, legacy, love of his family, and enjoyment of music will not be forgotten. He is survived by his 8 siblings along with his wife Beatriz N. Gonzalez, his 5 children: Sonia A. Donaldson, Gabriel Gonzalez, Isaac Gonzalez, Ruth A Camacho, Naomi G. Lee, his 17 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held, today, Friday, October 6, 2017 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel in Harlingen. There will be a chapel service, Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 10 a.m. at Funeraria Del Angel with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in La Feria. Military honors will be conducted at the gravesite.
