Victor was born in Mexicali , Mexico on December 22, 1962 to Victoriano Acosta and Patricia Virgen. Victor passed away on July 7, 2018 in Hanford, California.

He is survived by his wife Blanca Acosta, his children Cassandra Espinoza, Christina Acosta, Victor Eduardo Acosta, Adriana Acosta, his grandchildren Elijah Jeremiah Gutierrez, Isaiah Samuel Narvaez, Victor Nehemiah Acosta IV, Mateo Levi Acosta, Gabriella Rose Acosta, Josiah Immanuel Ramos-Acosta and one more on the way. He also leaves behind his siblings Jim Galindo, Leonor Benavidez, Ralph Acosta and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Victor's primary focus and passion was to serve the Lord and his family. He loved to spend time with his children and grandchildren. He would do anything for them.

He loved God so much and he always talked about Him. There are many lives that Victor touched with his preaching and faith.

He enjoyed to travel, go camping, watch old movies and football.
