Kenneth was born to Raleigh & Mary Elizabeth (Childress) Tuck in Lemoore, California on November 17, 1938. Kenneth went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at his home in Avenal, California.
Kenneth and his family lived mostly in Kettleman City and Avenal, California. Kenneth grew up wih his siblings; two older brothers, Harold and Glenn and his twin sister, Virginia Marie. Some of Kenneth's favorite passtimes growing up was playing baseball and hunting. Kenneth graduated from Avenal High School in 1957. During Kenneth's younger years until now. he was very close with his dear friends; Charles & Cindy W., Cary Wages, Harold Parker, Aubrey & Reta Lynn, Steve & Ida Hembree and Bob Mullen.
Kenneth had married Gail Standridge, who he had his two wonderful children with; Julie and Kenneth David. Later he married Ramona Avendaño at their home on February 28, 1987 in Avenal, California and had his daughter; Beatriz. Together their family grew to six precious grandchildren; Little Kenny, DJ, Little Beatriz, Ernesto, Eric and Liliana.
Kenneth spent most of his career working as a Welder then later as a Supervisor for over 35 years for Chevron Pipeline Company before retiring in January 1995. Kenneth had proudly served our country in the U.S. Army. While in the U.S. Army, he was stationed at Fort Ord, California and received the Sharpshooter Badge and Good Conduct Medal. Kenneth's life's passions were; hunting anything but especially, deer, duck and doves. Kenneth also really enjoyed spending time at home with his family and he was an avid NASCAR fan. He liked watching NASCAR, baseball, football and boxing every chance he could... Aside from his love for his family, he also cherished his 3-legged dog named Boots, although he did miss his dove; Lonely!
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents; Raleigh & Mary Tuck and his brother; Harold Tuck.
Kenneth is survived by his beloved wife of 26 years; Ramona A. Tuck of Avenal, California and his three children; Julie Tuck of Pacific Grove, California, David Tuck of Reno, Nevada and Beatriz Rodriguez and her husband, Ernesto of Avenal, California. He also leaves behind his dear brother; Glenn Tuck and his wife, Patsy of Avenal, California and his sister; Virginia Marie Stone of San Bernardino, California. Kenneth also leaves his six precious grandchildren; Kenny, DJ, Beatriz, Ernesto, Eric and Liliana.
A Visitation will be held on Friday, March 1, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. with a Funeral Service to follow at 11:30 a.m. all at First Baptist Church; 528 E.
