Jose Rocha Luis, 75 was born in Biscoitos, Terceira, Azores on December 13, 1935 to Jose Rocha Luis & Francisca Jesus Giteria Luis. He has been married to Maria Irene Ourique Luis for 52 years. He was a Milker on a dairy for 20 years. He truly enjoyed his family and getting together will all of his family and grandchildren and extended family as much as possible.
Jose is survived by his beloved wife; Maria of Hanford, CA. He also leaves behind his loving children; Jose & Sherrie Luis of Visalia, CA, George & April Luis of Porterville, CA and Clara Rose of Hanford, CA. He was adored by his 10 beautiful grandchildren and 3 precious great-grandchildren. Jose was preceded in death by a great-grandchild.
A Visitation will be held on Monday, October 10, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at People's Funeral Chapel. A Recitation of the Rosary & Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Brigid Catholic Church with Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
