Charles Phillips

Charles Phillips, age 78, entered into rest on Thursday, February 9, 2023. Charles was born in Tulare, California to Lillie Anne Pisarz and Exel Lusk Phillips. He was raised by his step-father Clarence (Jake) Eugene Jacobs.

Charles is survived by his brother Michael Jacobs and his son Rick Bellar and his daughter in law Jeannie. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 4 nieces, and 1 nephew.

Charles was preceded in death by his wife Randi Phillips; his father Exel Lusk Phillips and his mother Lillie Anne Pisarz; his step-father Clarence (Jake) Eugene Jacobs; his brother Edward James Phillips.

A Celebration of Life for Charles will be held Thursday, February 23, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at People's Funeral Chapel, 501 North Douty Street, Hanford, California 93230.
