Cathy passed away on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 in Hanford, California. She has been a resident for the past 23 years and worked as an Interim Planning Director for the City of Hanford for the past 14 years.
Cathy is survived by her beloved husband; John M. Cain of Hanford, California, mother; Helen Carpenter of Oklahoma; loving children; Kristina & Evgeni Cain of Hanford, California and many other family members.
Services were held on Saturday, June 16, 2012 in Hanford, California.
Services are under the direction of People’s Funeral Chapel.
