Tommy is preceded in death by his parents, Tommy and Shirley Alley; and his uncle, Randy Alley from Gloucester, NJ.
He is survived by his son, William Alley; brother, Charles Alley of Newport News, Va; sister, Judith Milliman of Hampton, Va; brother, Kenneth Alley of Hampton, Va; beloved granddaughter, Annaliese Price; uncles, Ersel Alley of Clayton, DE, Dan Alley of Gloucester, NJ; and aunt, Lois Delogins of Fredericksburg, Va.
Tommy loved the Eagles and spending time with his family.
Due to Covid, a Celebration of Life will be planned for a later date.
