I am saddened to hear of Tommy's passing.We worked together at the Hilton fire station in the 70s. Tommy was a great guy and a great fire fighter. God bless him.

Mary & Eddie, I am very saddened about Tommy's passing. Tommy was an old friend from way back and we shared many happy times. I know we will all see him again soon. My prayers are with you both.

I did not know Tommy for very long but  his hospitality made me feel immediately comfortable. I could tell he was a very kindhearted person and so sorry that I didn't get to share more time with him. Eddie and Mary, I am so very sorry to learn of Tommy's passing.  He was a wonderful friend and my son's, Ryan, godfather.  He was very dear to me and I'm sorry that we didn't keep in touch more often after my Tommy passed away.  I have such wonderful memories of Tommy.  All the camping trips we took.  The one in the mountains with you guys...I still have the photos.  One of my fondest memories is the great water hose fight we had inside and outside the house on Robinson Road.  We laughed so hard we were on the floor.  He was always so good to me.  We went camping in Newport News Park one time when Ryan was just a young boy and I'll never forget him building the fire and complaining about the mosquitoes.  He even came to see us before Ryan was born when I had the flu.  He took care of me while Tommy was at work.  I will miss him so very much, but I hold his memory close and next to my heart. Mary and Eddie, it breaks my heart to hear of Tommy's passing.  Even though we lost touch after "Goody" died, I always thought about him.  I really missed him.  Tommy was Ryan's godfather and I wish he'd known him better.  I remember all the really good times we all had together.  Camping and riding and camping.  I'll never forget the time we all went up to the mountains and camped again.  He was always such a good friend to my Tommy.  He sure could make us all laugh.  Oh the memories...it seems like yesterday that we were having a hose fight in the house on Robinson Road and sitting in the living room listening to Bob Seger.  I will miss him always. I work with Tommy at old #3 station for 8 years. Tom was a GOOD firefighter and man. He will be missed by all who new him. RIP my brother.

  I knew Tommy for a long time,but never knew he was taken ill.He was part of our family at one time and I am very sorry for your loss.

Dearest Ed and Mary, my heart is with you during this very sad time. There is a sweet place in my heart for your entire family. I am so grateful that I've been able to share some of your most joyful times and I'm deeply sorry for all you've endured in recent years. Tom was so nice to me whenever I would see him, even stopping in at the salon to say hello. He has always been so kind hearted and your Mom and Dad appreciated the help of all their children through the years. I have complete faith that Tom is in God's hands and that his future will be bright and filled with grace and happiness. I will be thinking of you and will see you soon.
