On Wednesday, May 27, 2015, Scott (Scotty) A. Shackelford, 52, of Poquoson, rode into Heaven to join his beloved mother, Vicky Parker Shackelford. Scott was a mechanic by trade and loved anything to do with motorcycles. He was affiliated with several motorcycle clubs over the years and most recently was the former Vice President of the Renegades MC of Newport News.
Left to cherish his memory are his father and step-mother, Ernest and Marlene Shackelford, half-brother, Darren Shackelford and family; step-sister, Debbie Jones, along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The family will receive friends from 1 pm to 2:30 pm, Sunday, May 31, 2015 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home, with a celebration of Scott’s life to begin at 2:30 pm. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park.
