Sally Margaret Slezak

She is preceded in death by her husband of 26 years, Maj. Clyde Slezak U.S. Army (Ret); her parents, Frank and Frances Fiscella; and brothers, Andre and Ben Fiscella.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories her sons, Joe Slezak and his wife, Lisa and John L. Slezak; three grandchildren, Steven, Justin and Cody; brother, Bob Fiscella; and sister, Jean Slezak.

A Memorial Celebration of Sally’s life will be held Monday, April 26 at 11 AM at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park.
