Born Rosemarie Kutcher in Brooklyn, New York she was one of seven children to Joseph Kutcher and Sophie Oberland. Her siblings Joseph Kutcher, Robert Kutcher (deceased), Patricia Carden, Lawrence Kutcher, Alex Kutcher, and Bernadette Warriner.
She is preceded in death by her first husband, Milton Smith and second husband Jesse Waters.
Marie will be remembered for her commitment to family and the kindness she showed for those in need.
Marie is survived by her four children, Pamela Vaughan of Gloucester, Virginia, Bernadette Smith of Hampton, Virginia, Debbie Solada of King Williams, Virginia, and David Smith of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Her eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. She had many visitors in her last days including her great-great grandchild who was able to visit and give her “kisses” the day before her passing.
Marie was actively dedicated to contributing to helping others, people and animals alike.
In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to a charity of your choosing on behalf of the memory of Rosemarie T. Waters.
The family would like to invite friends and guests to join them at a later date to be announced to celebrate the life of Rosemarie.
