Zack was a builder of lighthouses, wanting to light up everyone’s yard with a lighthouse. He recently bought a collie puppy (Ace) to love and keep him company while he was recuperating.
He will be greatly missed by his wife of 39 years, Jennie; daughter, Dawn Land (Eddie); granddaughter, Amber; grandson, Richard; mother, Betty Olvera (Lee Mickle); brother, Dennis (Janice); nephew, Jared; and step-sister, Tonya.
A celebration of life service led by Celebrant Bert Rait will be held for Zack at 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 25, 2015 at the Mausoleum Chapel in Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends immediately following until 1:00 pm in the chapel.
Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the American Cancer Society.
