Patricia A. Van Bibber

Pat fully supported her husband, Amos, throughout his military and civil service careers. Prior to his passing, they had celebrated 65 years of marriage. During those years, Pat kept busy raising a family; however, she also followed her own interests as evidenced by her memberships in the following organizations: Hampton Yacht Club, volunteer for the USO, Daughters of the American Revolution, The Mayflower Society, The American Needlepoint Guild, and The Women's Club of Newport News.

Pat Van Bibber is survived by her children Debra (daughter) and Kevin Berry; Cynthia (daughter) and Terry Williams; her grandchildren Lloyd Berry, Kate and David Gober, Jennifer and Ryan Schmidt. Great grandchildren include Kellen, Landry, Declan, Caleb, Barrett, Kensley, and Titus.

Born September 11, 1934 to Fred and Dollena Stewart of Portland, Maine, Pat is also survived by Fred (brother) and Ann Stewart and their son Adam.

Pat lived a full life with humor, energy and a deep love of her family. She was much loved and will be missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held at The Hidenwood, 50 Wellesley Dr., Newport News, VA on January 20, 2023 from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm. Pat will be interred with her late husband, Amos M. Van Bibber, at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery.
