She was a homemaker and a member of Breakthrough Worship Center.
She is preceded in rest by her husband, James T. Williams and son, James Allen Williams. Surviving members of her family include her children, Esther L. Grimes, Lena G. Morton, Robert L. Williams, and Terry A. Williams; five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter; sisters, Lina M. Lee, Lenora Corn, Peggy Hathaway, and Patricia Noble; and brothers, Johnnie Barnes, James Barnes and Renza Barnes.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 17, 2015 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. A celebration of Mary’s life will be at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, September 18 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park.
