Mary is survived by her daughters Deborah Gordey, Jan M. Pendleton, Tammy Owens, and Mary Louise Mangum. She also leaves behind beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren,: Scooter Phillips, Ariel Neulander, Duncan Neulander, and Lilian and Gavin Phillips; Bonnie Phillips, Tyla and Marley Phillips; Rob and Shanna Gordey; Aurora Gordey; Charles Pendleton; and, Larissa Mangum and Madison Owens.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband Yarborough Proctor Mangum; her grandson Craig H. Pendleton Jr and her daughter Fran P. Mangum.
A visitation will be held on Sunday December 3, 2023 from 3:00-5:00 PM at Parklawn Wood Fuenral Home, 2551 N. Armistead Ave, Hampton VA, 23666. A service will be held on Monday December 4, 2023 at 2:00 PM, at Parklawn Wood Funeral Home, followed immediately by a committal service.
